Welcome! We are returning the Ch. 22 Exams on “Biomes & Aquatic Ecosystems today. We also will introduce Ch. 23 “Living Resources” and begin a lab activity on Population Studies. GOOD NEWS …. No PR for Monday!
Ch. 17 written exam over the human digestive system 100 pts. on Tuesday April 27th. On Wednesday April 28th an identification exam will be given in class on the alimentary canal and accessory organs of digestion
Exam on energy transfers, matter cycles, and biomes will be on Thursday April 29th.
The 7th graders have just completed there lab on the effects of precipitation on Whooping Crane populations. Today we had a lab practical to determine how well we can interpret data from the 16 year study on this topic. On to recycling!!!
Human Anatomy students are completing their exam on the human heart and we will then be moving on to blood vessels. The Sheep Heart Dissection is over already!!
The 7th grade life science students are starting our unit on Ecology. We are in the middle of a lab on predator-prey population study.
The Human Anatomy students are studying the anatomy and physiology of the human heart. Since they frown on using our own hearts we have resorted to using the sheep heart as our specimen. . . . on to the Cardiac Conduction System!
Exam Monday on Peripheral Nervous System then on to the Blood
